Arjun to appear in five get-ups for 'Vayuputrudu'

Asuccessful Tamil film ‘Valla Kottai’ directed by A Venkatesh is being dubbed into Telugu as ‘Vayuputrudu’ by Bhagyalakshmi on the banner of Bhagyalakshmi Enterprises. Action King Arjun is playing the lead role in the movie and the story of the film is like tailor-made for the hero and it had all kinds of mass masala commercial elements including action scenes.
The producer is making efforts to release the film as a Diwali gift. Post-production works, i.e., DTS mixing is presently in progress now. The producer says, ‘We are not compromising on quality and the film would give the audiences a feel of watching a fresh and straight Telugu film.
Arjun would appear in five different get-ups in the movie. He would eliminate five anti-social elements in different attires. Dina’s music would remain a highlight for the flick. Haripriya, Ashish Vidyardhi, Suresh and others are in the cast.
'180' of Siddharth progresses at Chennai

The second schedule of ‘180’, a bilingual directed by P Jayendra and produced by Kiran Reddy on the banner of Satyam Cinemas and Agal Films, is presently in progress at Chennai. The film had recently completed its abroad schedule in Malaysia and returned to India.
The film, stated to be a romantic thriller, is being made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil languages and Nitya Menon and Priya Anand are playing the heroines opposite Siddharth. The point to be mentioned here is that the director of the movie is the mentor of Siddharth and he promoted him in the early days of his career.
Raviteja to turn 'Mass Raja' for Rebel Star

Rebel Star Krishnamraju is not only a senior artiste but also a producer. He had produced several films on his own banner called Gopikrishna Movies. Very recently, he thought of taking a break in politics and returned to the film industry.
He had registered two titles, ‘Rebel’ and ‘Mass Raja’. While Krishnamraju announced that he would produce ‘Rebel’ with Prabhas as hero in which he would also play a key role. However, there was s confusion as to why he got the ‘Mass Raja’ registered in the Film Chamber.
It is learnt that Gopichand Malineni, who had recently brought out a hit film like ‘Don Seenu’ narrated a nice story line to Krishnamraju and he was impressed with the storyline as it had many commercial elements. So he had decided to produce a film with that subject with Raviteja as hero and the latter too gave his green signal for the project, as the combination of the director and hero were proved successful.
So, the script work for the film is in progress now and the film may go to sets next year. However, all these details are yet to be confirmed by Krishnamraju officially.
Anushka eager to pair up with Chiranjeevi

Anushka earned the name and fame for her performance in ‘Arundhati’. She had already proved herself as a glamorous heroine. She got an opportunity to do a special song with Chiranjeevi for his film ‘Stalin’. With the gossips doing rounds that the Megastar had agreed to return to films despite tight political schedule, Anushka started exploring possibilities to get a chance to pair up with Chiranjeevi.
Though the story, producer and director are yet to be confirmed officially, the mere gossip that Chiranjeevi expressed his wish to return to the film industry, she realised that chances were bright for her to play with her dream hero.
She says, ‘I have got a chance to shake my legs with the Megastar and I was so impressed with his attitude. I would be the most fortunate person in the Telugu film industry, if I were able to pair up with Chiranjeevi. It is my dream and I hope that my dream would come true.’

The Bollywood young beauty was recently talking about her feelings for Kollywood. Soha said though she has been getting offers from Kollywood she may not take them up as she wants to concentrate on her Bollywood career at the moment.
While observing the ‘Endhiran’ sensation sweeping across north India, Soha said “I love Rajiniji but I'm yet to watch ‘Endhiran’. She said all her friends are raving about the film and hats off to Rajiniji who can entertain his fans even at this age.
After Deepika Padukone now it is Soha Ali Khan. Rajini mania continues in Bollywood.

Whenever a big Telugu film releases and declared a hit, Kollywood gets exited and there will be a great competition to acquire its remake rights. Most of the recent super hits of actors like Vijay, Dhanush and ‘Jayam’ Ravi have their roots in Tollywood.
Last Friday 'Brindavanam' starring Junior NTR was released and was declared a success. As soon as the news reached Kollywood, the game started.
Buzz says Ilaya Thalapathi Vijay had a sneak preview of the Telugu film at a city preview theatre on Saturday with his family and close friends. After the film Vijay was all smiles which connoted a lot of things.
Does that mean it is Vijay who will play in ‘Brindavanam’ in Tamil? The film has a very entertaining plot with all Action, Comedy and Romantic elements.

Mahesh Babu Starts his next ‘Dookudu’ this Friday

Mahesh Babu, the charmer on and off the screen is getting ready for his next movie ‘Dookudu’ that will be directed by Srinu Vytla.
The shooting for the movie will start come Friday in Istanbul, Turkey. Sources whisper that the schedule for the shooting there will be for 15 days. Mahesh Babu’s heroine in the movie is the pretty Samantha.
Movies directed by Srinu Vytla have mostly been family entertainers. Though the director’s last two outings were mediocre, some of his best movies include ‘Anandam’, ‘Venky’, ‘Dhee’, ‘Dubai Seenu’, ‘Ready’, etc. So one can be sure that, even ‘Dookudu’ will be a highly entertaining movie which will bring out the comic side of Mahesh Babu.
Thaman takes care of the music. ‘Dookudu’ is produced by 14 Reels Entertainment’ Achanta Gopichand.

On his plans in re-entering films, Megastar Chiranjeevi has said that he will do whatever the ‘prajalu’ of Andhra Pradesh say.
Apparently, Chiru is haunted by the question of his re-entry in to films where ever he goes. He was always puzzled to see his fans ask the question and answer it themselves. Adding more, Chiranjeevi said he was anxiously thinking about acting again for quite sometime. Breaking the ice, Chiru said if a right story with a strong message to the society comes his way, he would definitely act in the movie.
The Megastar’s son Ram Charan, earlier in a blood donation camp said he would produce a movie with his father in the lead but Chiru stated that he would produce the movie himself, if he gets a powerful script!
Amidst roaring of fans, the Praja Rajyam Chief said he will act according to whatever people of Andhra Pradesh want because it is their choice and their wish!
Balakrishna with five directors in a film

A total of five directors are working for Balakrishna’s latest film. They are going to direct him and he would play hero for them. Your mind should have been thinking as to how five directors would direct a hero in a single film.
The truth is that Balakrishna is playing dual roles as an army officer and also a film hero in Dasari’s prestigious 150th film ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ produced by C Kalyan. While playing the role of hero, Balakrishna would work with B Gopal, Sreenu Vaitla, Singitham Srinivasa Rao, Kodi Ramakrishna and N Shankar. These directors are making a guest appearance in the film as a tribute to veteran director Dasari Narayana Rao.
Over 50 per cent of the film shooting was complete and is presently doing schedule at Kulu Manali. Manisharma scored melodious tunes to all the songs. Sheela, Amisha Patel, and Neha Dhupia are playing the heroines opposite Balakrishna
