With the talkie part of the movie "Orange" starring young hero Ram Charan Teja, Jenilia as heroine, is over, efforts are being made to release the audio version of the movie on the 12th of this month.

Saradaga Kasepu-famed heroine 'Madhurima' is cast in a special role opp hero Ram Charan Teja. Harish Jayaraj has scored music to the movie, which is directed by Bommarillu-famed Bhaskar under the banner of Anjana Productions. The film is produced by Nagababu.

After completing the picturisation of a sole song at Dr.Ram Naidu Studio, the film will be ready for its release on 11 Nov. There are great expectations on this movie given the background of earlier three disappointing films "Varudu","Arya-2" and "Komaram Puli"emanating from the mega family this year.

The censor board cleared Mahesh Babu’s Mahesh Khaleja today (October 4). The film was screened by the board members during the day and suggested some cuts. And given U/A for its violence scenes. Now, the movie is set for grand release on October 7th worldwide.

Censor 1st half report:

Mahesh Babu plays the role of a taxi-driver in the movie while Anushka does the role of a rich girl called and she is fondly called Bangaram.

Anjaana Anjaani scored in UAE while Robot could not make much impact. Endhiran (Tamil) scored hugely on a limited release. The daily weekend figures were as follows.

The season of the biggies has begun and the first in the list is already out. ‘Robo’ came in with not so great expectations but it has beaten them all and has scored thumping success. Now, this has caused an impact and also an element of terror for the next film in the pipeline when it comes to the US market. We are talking about ‘Khaleja’, the Mahesh Babu starrer.

Reports are arriving that due to ‘Robo’ impact, many of the families who thought of watching it at home are now gearing up to visit the theatres and watch it for the visual appeal and the technical effects. The tickets are priced at nearly $ 20 but the families are not hesitating to go for it. Now, in one week’s time ‘Khaleja’ is arriving but the chances are that it might get a blow.

The reason for that is families cannot spend more and that too in such a short span. It is now heard that they are planning to watch it at home on the internet and some of them are making it clear that they are waiting for the DVDs to arrive. If the percentage of such crowds is high then the chances are very strong that ‘Khaleja’ will get only the youth and that too those who can afford a high rate of dollars. For now, the same fate awaits ‘Brindavanam’ in the US and though the Nandamuri fans are working hard to score a success.

For now, the ‘Robo’ frenzy is causing some fears for the prince and Nandamuri camps. Let us see what happens.

Robot (Hindi) could not make much impact at the box office as it grossed around 7 crore nett in its opening weekend.

The film did better on Saturday and Sunday but the big jump in collections was not there. The collections were mainly from Mumbai circuit (3.25 crore nett) and CPCI (1 crore nett). The North remained very dull.

The shows of Endhiran (Tamil) were much better be it Mumbai, Delhi or Gurgaon but it was a very limited release.

Overall Robot (Hindi) has not done well especially if we look at the release which was pretty wide. It will have to depend on the weekdays and second weekend if it is to put up a decent final total.
