Robo’- Report Says Another ‘Komaram Puli’
The report of much awaited film ‘Robo’ leaked. The prints were already dispatched to respective locations and the exhibitors have watched in private screenings in Australia and Canada.
The report is shocking. It is being called ‘another komaram puli’…Except a single scene where graphics worked wonderfully in an action scene nothing is appealing in the making. Aish is the only asset for the movie and the romance track is very weak. On a whole it’s a dumb story line, say reports.
If this were the case, then the fate of this highest budget film is in question mark .
SRK's suits in Ra.One worth a 100 crore
And just when the media was digesting news
Shah Rukh goes size zero?
Ra.One will be path-breaking: Arjun Rampal
that his superhero rubber suit in the movie will cost Rs 1 crore, SRK clarifies the real cost of the suit is much, much more. Says Khan, “I keep reading in the papers that my costume is a million rupee costume. But it’s actually a million dollar costume — that’s four-and-a-half crore rupees per costume. And there’s not one costume, there are 20 such!”
That puts the cost of just the costumes of the movie at Rs 100 crore, which reads like an unlikely figure. Khan carelessly adds that he was just talking about his character, G One’s costumes. “There are costumes for Ra.One’s character too!”
Khan also goes on to liken his costumes to that of Spiderman, “Like the Spiderman suit, my costumes are specialised. They are not for style – you can’t wear them to parties. But yeah, you could probably wear G.One’s designer T-shirts."
But when asked about the budget of the movie, Khan plays it down by shifting focus instead on to the ‘simple’ story of the movie, “Ra.One is a very real film, although it is in the genre of superhero-meets-genie in a bottle. I have tried not to keep it over-the-top or too ‘dialoguey’. It has real situations and authentic dialogue.”
Although he remains tight-lipped about the exact storyline of the movie, Khan gives us a sneak peak, “I play a very genuine South Indian character in the movie. I’ve been thinking about the poster of the movie and I think the film can be put in one line as ‘Every father wants to be a hero to his son’.
“So even though the film is about a superhero, it is also a family film,” he insists. “Kareena (Kapoor) is my wife in the movie, we have a kid and we are a regular family – there is a lot of comedy, happiness and bonding, until all hell breaks loose. And then, there is action, which you hopefully have never seen before, at least in an Indian movie.” We will soon find out.
Robo vs kaleja vs brundhavanam vs raktha charithra in the month of october
It is heard that the much talked about ‘Robo’ will be going well with the kids given the graphics and the ‘robot’ element in it. As for the hard hitting movie ‘Rakta Charitra’ it will mostly be an exclusive treat for the men and last but not the least, there are ‘Brindavanam’ and ‘Khaleja’ for fans and families.
Looking at few permutations, the chances are that ‘Robo’ might get the family crowds as well since kids can’t come alone. On the other hand, if there is too much of masala in ‘Khaleja’ and ‘Brindavanam’ it might fetch crowds for ‘Rakta Charitra’ and ‘Robo’. This should be interesting.

Synopsis :
KnockOut is a fast paced thriller that happens in real time. In just two hours 11am to 1pm an enigmatic vigilante pulls off an incredible, mind blowing coup and a new chapter of Indian history is written.
Sanjay Dutt plays a new age lone ranger who has the latest weapons and gadgets at his fingertips, and is a man who trusts and depends on no one. Working alone, he effortlessly uses his wit, his skills at hand to hand combat, and his love for stealth technology, to manipulate and trap his elusive target.
The target, played by Irrfan, is a street smart investment banker who has made his way to the upper echelons of power. A man who unwittingly holds the keyto India’s destiny, Irrfan is a man consumed by his own obsessions, an extremely clever and unstoppable foe. Through a brilliant play of truth and pretense, Sanjay strips Irrfan of his arrogance and attitude, opens his heart and confounds his brain, locking him in a tangle beyond redemption… a tangle which can only be unraveled one way… leading to the biggest ‘counter heist’ in the history of this nation.
Hot on the trail of these two men is a hardnosed television journalist, played by Kangna Ranaut. She will stop at nothing… or so she believes, till she is faced with the ultimate call of conscience. Choosing between another man’s life or herself… Choosing between the country or herself. And each time she rises to the occasion, showing that the new India has its heart in the right place, its soul intact.
As the film reaches its action packed climax, every citizen of this country becomes a witness to the live action that unfolds before television cameras. For a nation that has endured political thieves for six decades, this counter heist of a massive scale wakes them up in a way nothing has ever done before.
The film ends in a huge wave of euphoria. The mysterious vigilante fights and wins an impossible battle, a battle that raged not just in the streets of Mumbai but also in the minds of the whole nation. True to style, he manages to walk off into the celebrating multitudes, his identity forever hidden… maybe to strike another day… and India awakens to a new beginning.
Dil Raju to wait till Robot!
When ‘Khaleja’ release is confirmed by Producer, then how about the same kind of confirmation by ‘Dil’ Raju for ‘brindavanam’ too? Here comes the deal. As ‘Dil’ Raju is playing it very safe with the project, more depends upon the fate of ‘Robot’ which will be decided in next two days. Till then, we can’t expect any word on release of ‘brindavanam’ from ‘Dil’ Raju.
Why Rajini's Endhiran(ROBO) is a must watch
Rajinikanth is not less than a God for his fans. That's probably the reason why Endhiran has become already a phenomenon before its release. Be it Chandramukhi, Kuselan, or Sivaji the Boss, Rajinikanth mania has only increased with each successive release. So what's new this time? Here're top 5 reasons why Endhiran is a must-watch.
1) Endhiran's tickets were sold in 10 min: It's hard to believe that Endhiran's tickets for the first week, in all the three versions - Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, were sold in just 10 minutes at a US theatre!
2) Fans paying for trailers: In Tamil Nadu theatres, when the first trailer of the Endhiran was released, fans made a beeline to get a ticket just to catch the glimpse of their favourite star. And guess what? Some even went for a second show.
3) Rajinikanth in 100 different avatars: Fans just can't get enough of Rajinikanth. That's probably why Rajinikanth will appear in 100 different looks in one song of the film.
4) Aishwarya Rai and Rajinikanth jodi: It would be interesting to see the ex Miss World Aishwarya Rai romancing the actor of his Paa's age.
5) It's the costliest film ever: With a budget of Rs. 150 crore, Endhiran boasts of a complete entertainment package. Watch the movie for its maginficence, the stunning visuals, and all the Rajini masala.

Pawan Kalyan shoots with sync sound
Pawan Kalyan who introduced sync sound method of shooting to Tollywood with his directorial venture Johnny implements same for his current film. Hollywood and most Bollywood films are shot with sync sound (means dialogues are recorded on the location while filming; no need to dub later) but Telugu filmmakers don’t practice this method, as it requires huge concentration and perfect planning. Pawan Kalyan filmed Johnny with the same method and now he uses it for his current movie being directed by Jayanth C Paranji. The film is remake of ‘ Love Aaj Kal’. Trisha is the heroine.
But it remains to be seen whether entire film is made with the method or few portions of it.
Mind-Blowing Spoof On ‘Komaram Puli’
It has been a while since the much hyped ‘Komaram Puli’ hit the screens and was declared a major dud as well. However, the impact of the film seems to be so strong that even now, the world of internet is buzzing actively with tributes and remakes and satires on it.
The latest in the kitty is this spoof which has been made on ‘Komaram Puli’ and the creator has taken the super hit movie ‘Money’ as the backdrop. The iconic veteran Kota was at his marvelous best and he explains to Uttej the story of Pawan Kalyan’s career from Johnny to today.
Those who have watched this video are laughing their guts out and are appreciating the talent of the person who made it. Though there is satire and mockery in it, they say that there is no element of denial as well and whatever is being said is quite true. Well, you can have a taste of it and take a call folks.
10 Mistakes in Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s ‘PULI’
1. Police Badge :- Spelling mistake of Komaram puli in Telugu and in English like It was written as “Komram Puli” but it must be “ Komaram Puli”, not in English even in Telugu also they did the same thing. But, in the end of the picture, they have corrected and it shows correctly as “Komaram Puli” in English as well as in Telugu.
2. Police dress :- Sometimes Pawan wore Khaki and sometimes Olive Green it doesn’t show the perfect position of Power Star.
3. “Puli” Born :- Saranya delivers Puli (Pawan Kalyan) in a deep water without anybody’s help and holds the baby in her hands
4. “Puli” heroism downs :- Such a powerful police officer can not able to identify the villain Nixon within his group as his right hand. Such a powerful police officer can not able to identify the fake Drama of heroine played as police officer.
5. “Puli” becomes “Pilli” :- “Puli” has become “Pilli” when in the scene of heroine Prorogating and seducing the hero by showing her Sexy sparks. This scene is utterly failed and too lengthy for a Song lead-Tested the patience of the audience.
6. Manoj Bajpai’s worst scene :- Villain Manoj Bajpai’s scene, immediately after interval was so worst of all the scenes in the picture. Why
not the villain Tried for the Puli’s trtansfer or suspension when he was so powerful in the Government, it’s a question mark on the Faces of Audience.
7. Puli’s absurd doing :- Powerful Puli towed the Benz car of villain in no parking area By himself and seeing this villains sycophant Cochin Haifa Went to Benz car show room, issued a cheque there Brought the new car within no time. This scene shows the Capability of the director on the script of this picture.
8. Audio is miserable :- Rahman’s audio is miserable and Chandra Bose lyrics are not Audible, the background score dominated.
9. Puli not Roars :- It’s a saying that a barking dog can not bite-like that Puli not have done any thing except speeches and speeches, too lengthy dialogue scenes
10. Puli Climax :- Same climax as in the last week released “Gayam-2”.
Finally, Power Stars “Puli” is failed to entertain the audience in all aspects by the way of poor dialogues without any punches, poor comedy, poor action part except Thailand action part, poor choreography, poor heroine, poor script, poor directorial merits. These are all made the producer to loss Rs.15cr.Where is the wrong happened either by the producer or by the director or by the hero.
Now a days film are starting by the hero said ok for the script narrated to him by the director. How these scripts are accepting by the heroes without thinking the future fate of hero, Producer, Director and Heroine. It’s a warning to the producers, distributors and exhibitors to realize after this disaster and it’s not good to spend money a lot, banking on the combinations.
Exclusiv:'Sri Rama Rajyam' for NBK
Lava Kusha (1963) is one of all time biggest blockbusters in the history of Telugu cinema. Veteran director K Bapu who made classics like Seeta Kalyanam and Mutyala Muggu in the past is planning a new version of this film. And Balakrishna will be playing the lead role that was originally done by his father Late NTR. This would be the first time that Bapu teaming up with Balakrishna although he directed several top stars including NTR in his long career.
Sri Ramarajyam is the title
Yalamanchali Sai Babu is producing this flick and it is said that the movie will have its muhurat ceremony on September 30. Sri Ramarajyam is the title for this film based on Uttara Ramayanam (that is Lava Kusha story).
Ilayaraja to do the music
Ilayaraja is scoring the music. Already two songs have been recorded. Bapu and Ilayaraja earlier worked together for Mantrigaari Viyyakundu that was a musical hit.
Nayanatara as Seeta?
Nayanatara may play the role of Godess Sita. But given the fact that Nayanatara wants to bid adieu to acting as she is planning to marry her long time boyfriend Prabha Deva this year, it is doubtful that she may agree to this film.
Ego Clash between Khaleja - Brindavanam
Well, that is what matters in Tollywood. When entire industry is worried about the clash of titan releases ‘khaleja’ and ‘Brindavanam;’ there is other section of peace makers in the industry who are trying to come up with a solution not to affect any of the movie collections by maintaining a fair gap of at least 1 week to 10 days between both the releases.
As per sources, a closed door meeting between both the parties (khaleja and Brindavanam) has been convened today to push either of the movies by one week but the meet hasn’t worked out any constructive result as none of the Producers are willing to take their step back.
Call it confidence on their respective products or a clash of ego/prestige based interests, trade pundits surely interpret that either of the movies or both of them will take the burden of sharing the openings.
On a random sampling, both the heroes require at least 60 theatres in Hyderabad for opening it on a grand note. But, how come nearly 120 theatres for both along with ‘Robot’ in nearly 30 to 40 theatres in second week, totaling to 160 theatres be available to Distributors and Producers to get the best out put for their movies? If this is alone the case with Hyderabad…then what about B & C class centers where these calculations reach a further worse stage?
Mahesh wishes 'Good Luck' to Jr. NTR
‘With ‘Khaleja’ I’ve grown up as an actor. Till now, ‘Khaleja’ will be the best movie and ‘Sada Siva’ is the best song of my career. I thank both Trivikram and Mani Sharma for their support,’ said Mahesh Babu. Answering about the clash in releases of ‘Brindavanam’ and ‘Khaleja,’ Mahesh put it simply wishing that ‘Brindavanam’ will also be a big hit with all the ‘Good Luck’ from his side.
Let us also wish that Mahesh’s words come true and both these movies stay top for the year 2010.
Chiru pulls Jeevitha Rajasekhar to Court
None knows why are best couple, Jeevitha and Rajasekhar remaining silent after those storming comments on chiranjeevi and his Charitable Blood Bank? Everything is for a cause and many of Chiru followers can easily trace out the reason for their silence. But, Praja Rajyam is not going to be the same as Manoj Kumar, a second rung leader from PRP has filed defamatory cases on Rajasekhar and Jeevitha which has come to hearing today.
Sessions judge of Miyapur dealing the petition has issued summons to Rajasekhar and Jeevitha to appear before him by October 15 and give a reply. Now, once again Rajasekhar and Jeevitha may come into the scene and speak about the irregularities if any about the Blood Bank.
Amitabh Bachchan Said ‘No’- Pawan Kalyan Said ‘Yes’
It is heard that for the new film that is being made on the life of Jesus Christ, the duo of J K Bharavi and Singeetam Srinivasa Rao had approached Big B to do the role of Jesus Christ. But sources say he said no to it and that’s when the makers turned towards the power star.
Now that ‘Komaram Puli’ was unable to roar at the box office, it remains to be seen if Pawan can use any divine charm as Jesus and do something at the collection centres. For now, the film has been getting a lot of attention with the names associated though it is a children’s film.
Pawan Kalyan Insulted By American Telugus
Pawan Kalyan was badly insulted by American Telugus. People say that Pawan Kalyan never faces the problem with collections despite flop track record. But this time he has eaten a big blow from American Telugus. The overall collections of Puli till the second week in USA are just $ 6000 which was recorded to be a disastrous for any hero.
Weak direction, feeble story line and confused screenplay have marred the movie completely. Although the openings were strong in India, the condition was miserable in USA.
Now Pawan Kalyan is playing the role of Jesus Christ and we have to see how far that will work
Sachin Tendulkar making Bollywood debut
This movie is about a boy who aspires to play at the Lords cricket ground after seeing a cricket legend’s Ferrari. Now, that is a simple choice. Who better than sachin tendulkar can enact the role of a cricketer on screen? Along side Sachin, we will also have Sharman Joshi, Boman Irani in the leads.
BHAIRAVA movie review
Review
Rating: 2.75/5.0
Presented By: Master Natti Kranti
Cast: Dr.Srihari, Sindhu Tholani, Tanikella Bharani, Supreet, Jeeva, Uttej
Fights: Vijay, Vijayan
Story-Dialogues: Swamiji-Vijay
Editing: Gowthamraju
Cinematography: Adusumilli Jayakumar
Music: M M.Srilekha
Producer: Natti Kumar
Screenplay-Direction: Poloori Srinivas reddy
CBFC Rating: U/A
Release date: 24-09-2010
Story: Bhairava (Srihari) is a strict and honest Police officer whose main intention is to bring change among the police, goondas and the common people. Revathi (Sindhu Tholani) works as a reporter with a media channel and supports Bhairava in his brave decisions. What does Bhairava do to bring a change in the society forms the main plot?
Performances: Srihari has come up with different mannerisms and body language this time. Sindhu is okay as TV reporter. Srihari’s son (Meghansh) is okay in some scenes. Supreet role is limited to a couple of Scenes only. Music is below average, background score too is mediocre. Cinematography and art direction are okay. Editing is neat. The story is simple one with a novel and impractical thought, director engages with hard hitting dialogues. Direction is okay in some scenes.
Analysis: Srihari tried a different role (even though it’s a police Officer role), underplayed the character well with subtle expressions. Srihari impresses with his matured action and punchy dialogues. Srihari used a different Telanga dialect. Dialogues are fantastic. Director used powerful dialogues to convey the message in many Scenes. Dialogues appeared lengthy and preachy at times. The Dialogues written on Media’s role in today’s life got good response in the theatre
Srihari’s son Meghansh acted as an orphan along with three other kids. The kid’s thread is okay in the beginning but in the second half it’s stretched to maximum and bores you. His performance is okay, does a bit of over-action at times. Sindhu’s role is limited to News coverage and most of her Scenes are restricted to NEWS reader’s job. MS Narayana’s role is okay. Supreet has been wasted. Tanikella Bharani’s role is confusing.
Ace Director SS Raja Mouli has given his Voiceover for the Movie. Cinematography is Okay. Editing is neat. Dialogues by Swamiji-Vijay are powerful and good. There isn’t much scope for music in this film; Srilekha has done an ordinary Job with below average songs and Background Score.
The entertainment part is missing some how. The Mass Audience, the main strength of Srihari Movies may get disappointed by his fights (there are only a couple) and massy dialogues. Strong Villainy is missing in this Movie. The narration of Second half is slow and uninteresting. Climax could have been better.
We Have to Wait and see how the movie fares at B,C Centers.
Plus: Srihari’s Action, Dialogues
Minus: Second half narration, Entertainment, Lack of Strong Villainy
Verdict: Different Film from SRIHARI, Not for typical Mass Audience
Mahesh Babu Role on “DOOKUDU” Revealed
‘I’m not getting married now’ RAM CHARAN
Ram Charan Tej talks to BTabout the importance of the Black Lady, his dad’s comeback and his marriage plans
Tollywood’s biggest superstar Chiranjeevi has bagged more Filmfare South awards than most other Ttowners. Following in his footsteps, his son and rising star Ram Charan Tej opened his account at the 56th Idea Filmfare (South) Awards with his second outing, Magadheera, for which he got the Best Actor (Male) award. “Magadheera is close to my heart and getting a Filmfare Award for it makes it absolutely special,” says the actor, who dedicates the coveted award to his entire crew.
Right now, the actor is excited about his father and politician Chiranjeevi’s bigscreen comeback. “Yes, he has agreed to make a comeback. Our efforts to make him don the grease paint again have paid off. Magadheera was dad’s 149th film. I’ll be producing his 150th. We’ll leave no stone unturned to make it a magnum opus,” he says with a hint of pride. “We are looking for a rock-solid script and things will fall in place soon,” he adds.
“Only larger-than-life roles will work for dad,” points out Charan, who’s busy doing two films at a time. “Shooting for contrasting films is hectic, but I had enough leisure time last year. It’s time to sweat it out now,” he says. Having played a lover boy role in Orange, the actor will be seen as a spirited soccer player in the bigticket flick Merupu. “Both are challenging roles, and I enjoyed them equally,” he says.
He’s been doing only home productions, but he maintains that it hasn’t been a deliberate choice. “It’s a coincidence and, in fact, I’ve decided to do two films for other banners,” he says. Charan had once said he had plans to produce meaningful films. Is he on track with that? He says, “I want to launch my production house with a commercial flick and then I’ll do meaningful films.”
Charan also nixes rumours of his marriage to heiress Upasana Kamineni with a diplomatic, “We’re just friends. I’m not marrying now. My parents will take a call on my marriage when the time is right.”
Bollywood interested in Pawan Kalyan
That is the style of Power Starpawan kalyan. Famous heroines of South who are trying their best in Bollywood are making it their habit to praise the worthwhile South Heroes in Mumbai interviews. Yes, heroines like Shriya, Asin and Trisha known for their craze in South are known to be publicizing these days more about pawan kalyan in Bollywood calling him as most professional Hero.
Although many of Bollywood big wigs are aware of Pawan because of his BO stamina, it is ‘Love Aaj Kal’ remake discussions which are making Power Star still more famous. If everything goes right and pawan kalyansucceeds with other versions of ‘Jesus Christ,’ we might see our Star shining in Bollywood too.
It might be an early call but let us wish this one to happen.
PAWAN KALYAN: Aiyyo, me , no kiss
Pawan Kalyan runs the other way when asked to lock lips with Trisha. Says anna Chiranjeevi’s reputation will take a hit
Since the original had Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone kiss more than once, Jayanth naturally didn’t want the Telugu version to pale and so he asked the lead pair to pucker up. Surprisingly Trisha was ready, but Pawan Kalyan was not. He bailed out.
Prudish Pawan Kalyan didn’t just stop there. He went on to advise the director to avoid such scenes given his age and status. Reportedly, Pawan Kalyan is apprehensive about tarnishing his brother and new politician Chiranjeevi’s image with such scenes.
Produced by Ganesh Babu under the banner of Parameswara Arts, Khushiga is being shot in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. One schedule has also been planned in Varanasi.

New Suzuki Swift 2011 Model Preview
However, carmakers have this not-so-heartening habit of compromising on quality and features when they introduce a model in the Indian market. Reasons may be reasonable for them, but do we really deserve this?
Now that Maruti is all set to bring the new Swift to the Indian market, the question is, will they again compromise on these new and exciting features?
The interior images reveal an all-new design which takes inspiration from the recently launched Kizashi sedan. The new instrument panel and keyless push button start-stop system are among the more obvious revisions.
The new Maruti Suzuki Swift has a 1.2-litre petrol engine which is equipped with Dual VVT (Variable intake and exhaust valve timing) and produces 94PS at 6,000rpm. The improved torque is developed to 118Nm at 4,800rpm. The model is also available in D13A 1.3-litre diesel engine.
Have a meticulous look at the new features of the 2011 Swift and tell me would you really want the carmaker to launch the car here in India sans any of these features.
