Nandamuri Kalyanram is not willing to put his ‘Kathi’ down despite Gunasekhar’s press release about his next project ‘Kathi’ with Raviteja. Gunasekhar owns ‘Kathi’ title for many a year and he never gave away the title to anyone as he felt that it is the apt name for one of his dream projects.

                          However, Kalyanram who is well aware of the rights owned by Gunasekhar, registered a new title ‘Kalyanram Kathi’ at Film Chamber, ala ‘Mahesh Khaleja’. Kalyanram released a press note to all the leading newspapers and channels that ‘Kalyanram Kathi’ was finalized as the title for his upcoming film. Gunasekhar was reportedly miffed with Kalyanram’s act and is now seriously seeking for justice.

                            Even though Mahesh’s Khaleja title war was similar to this one, it didn’t bother any of the industry people as the person who holds the rights of ‘Khaleja’ title is a smalltime producer. But here both Gunasekhar and Kalyanram are influential and popular persons of Telugu cinema industry. This ‘sword’ fight is catching many an eye at the moment. Let us wait and see who will be the proud owner of this ‘Kathi’.

Richa Gangopadhyay, who made her debut with ‘Leader’ is choosing her career in a calculated way and is very cautious while accepting films. After ‘Leader’, she is playing opposite Raviteja in Mirapakaya and also opposite Venkatesh in ‘Nagavalli’, the sequel of Chandramukhi under Vasu direction. She claimed that her roles in both the films are significant and had good scope for performance.

                      She was so elated to say, ‘In my debut film I paired up with Daggubati Rana and now I am the leading lady opposite his uncle Venkatesh. In Mirapakaya also, I am playing the role of a Brahmin girl and I had an ample scope to show my acting abilities.’

Kriti Kharbanda, the Punjabi girl, made her debut in Tollywood with ‘Boni’ opposite Sumanth and unfortunately the film was a dud at Box Office. After learning a lesson right with her debut film, Kriti decided not to take hasty step while accepting films, though she got several chances in many films. She was so choosy and patiently listened to the stories and her character in each subject and refused many directors / producers.

                         Luckily, she got an opportunity to play opposite Pawan Kalyan in ‘Kushiga’ directed by Jayant C Paranje, which is known as the remake of ‘Love Aaj Kal’, a successful Bollywood film.

                         Her happy knew no bounds and she was so excited at the offer that her second film would have Power Star as hero. She is hoping that her second film would give a break in her acting career.’

It is not that easy to build an image for any artiste. It took almost 20 years for Chiranjeevi to gain the Mega Star image. However, Ram Charan proved that he could achieve such a status in just two years and proved that nothing is impossible. His debut film Chiruta was a hit. However, he resurrected himself and proved that he is a Mega PowerStar with ‘Magadheera’ directed by SS Rajamouli. The film is not only a commercial hit but bagged two national awards too.

                        His third film ‘Orange’ (O range love story) directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar and produced by Nagendrababu on the banner of Anjana Productions is getting ready for release on November 10. Genelia and Shahzan Padamsee are playing the female leads in this movie, with Madhurima playing a key role. Harris Jayraj scored music for the movie and the audio is likely to reach the stands on October 17

The forthcoming movie of Allu Arjun is Badrinadh directed by sensational director VV Vinayak and produced by Allu Aravind on the banner of Gita Arts with Tamanna playing the female lead is presently in shooting. The film unit had recently returned from Kulumanali after a prolonged outdoor schedule and resumed shooting in Hyderabad.
                       An interesting gossip had come to light about the film that Nandamuri Balakrishna is playing a key role in this movie, but it was only an official information.
